Timeframe: return requests can be made no later than 10 working days from the delivery date.

Conditions: the product must be intact, unused, with tags, instructions, and all accessories present in the perfectly intact original packaging. To proceed with a return, the receipt or proof of purchase is required.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
For shipments within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any justification. The same product integrity conditions described above apply.
Refund Times
Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, you will receive a written communication from us confirming receipt of the merchandise.
At the same time, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the request, defining the methods for issuing the refund in case of a positive outcome.
